End-User License Agreement
1. Who this applies to
BizLedger (the "Software") is a private, internal tool operated by RV Technology Consulting ("RV Tech"). It is not offered to the public. This agreement describes the terms on which RV Tech and its principal use the Software with their own QuickBooks Online companies.
2. License
No license is granted to anyone other than RV Tech and its principal. The Software may be used only with QuickBooks Online companies that RV Tech or its principal own or are authorized to manage. It may not be copied, resold, sublicensed or made available to any other person or business.
3. QuickBooks and Intuit
The Software connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's APIs. QuickBooks, Intuit and the related marks belong to Intuit Inc. Intuit's own terms and privacy statement continue to apply to QuickBooks and to the connection, and nothing here changes them. The Software is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit.
4. Read-only access
The Software only reads data from QuickBooks Online. It does not create, edit or delete QuickBooks records.
5. Not professional advice
The Software's output is a bookkeeping aid. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. The operator remains responsible for checking any figure before relying on it, including before using it in any filing or report.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
8. Ending access
Access ends when the connection is disconnected in QuickBooks Online (see Disconnecting). RV Tech may stop using the Software at any time.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes and contact
RV Tech may update this agreement by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Questions: info@rvtechconsulting.com
